Assist superintendent in construction of a custom single family residence (> 10,000 sq. ft.) . Able to manage construction workers, subcontractors and materials. Resolve issues, assign tasks and delegate responsibilities. Maintain site documentations, plans, reports, etc. Able to read blue prints and interpret plans. Must have good communication skills.
