We are an architectural and construction office specializing in high-end custom single family homes in Bel-Air and Beverly Hills area. We are in need of an experienced construction project coordinator/draftsperson who can coordinate architectural drawings with the structural and mechanical drawings. Applicant is expected to have an in-depth understanding of construction procedures, produce shop drawings and construction details. Must know AutoCad and be able to deliver drawings from A - Z. Experience in single family custom houses a plus.
