- Your day to day will revolve around improving the safety and reliability of our system while increasing developer throughput for tooling observability, monitoring, alerting, and deployment.
- You will build and release tooling to make your own jobs easier, and the jobs of your partner teams
- Coordinate cross-team buy-in, rollout, and training for our infrastructure tooling.
- Strong ability to navigate a Linux system while managing AWS infrastructure.
- Write internal software tools for developers and administer a CI/CD workflow
- Releasing new tooling and processes across an engineering team
- Infrastructure as code configuration management
- Hands-on Linux systems administration in a production environment
- Python programming
- Writing code in Javascript / Java
- Container orchestration in production, especially Docker
- MongoDB database management
- AWS CloudFormation
