Identity & Access Management Engineer

About the roleAs an Identity and Access Management Engineer, you will be responsible for leading and implementing the design, development, and delivery of IAM software with a primary focus on web based solutions and system integrations. You will be the subject matter expert for the SailPoint platform. Other key responsibilities include: Collaborating with business and technical teams to research, planning, and designing a robust, best-in-class identity governance architecture that aligns and integrates with other enterprise IT priorities and initiativesProviding advanced engineering support for projects that intersect with identity governanceAssessing current applications and engaging stakeholders to align with best practices and standards, optimized for the highest level of serviceCollaborating with various teams in the IT department to design, implementing and troubleshooting key capabilities and workflows, including IAM, PAM, PIM, Lifecycle, Entitlement Management, RBAC, Access Management, and Identity AnalyticsKeeping current on the latest developments in identity governance including software, SaaS offerings, feature sets, vendor roadmaps and business intelligence, with the goal of constant improvement of identity governance systems; making recommendations regarding identity governance as well as evaluating emerging solutions About youWe d love to hear from you if you: Possess an advanced Java development skill, along with an advanced knowledge of identity frameworks, technologies, concepts, and modelsHave proficiency with the ASP.NET programming platform, including MVC & Web FormsHave client side scripting experience, including various JavaScript frameworks/libraries, as well as proficiency with creating and consuming WebApi/REST/WCF web-services And have: A Bachelor s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering or related fieldA minimum of three (3) years relevant programming experienceA minimum of two (2) years of C#, ASP.NET, and SQL specific programming experience; SailPoint development or customization experience requiredExperience supporting enterprise identity environments

Compensation & BenefitsSuccessful candidates will not only be provided with an outstanding career opportunity and welcoming environment, but will also receive a generous and competitive total compensation package. The salary range for this role is $150,000 - $170,000 and represents the firm s good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be dependent upon a number of factors, including but not limited to, the candidate s relevant experience, qualifications, and location. Discretionary bonuses may be awarded in recognition of individual and firm performance and profit-sharing partnership contributions to 401(k) accounts may be given based on firm performance.
