Local architect looking to hire junior architectural designer with a minimum level of 5-7 years experience to assist with residential projects in the Los Angeles area. Both proficiency in AutoCAD and SketchUp a must.
Junior architectural position includes responsibility for all aspects of project delivery including design, production of plans/specifications, permitting at LADBS, LA County and Malibu building departments, consultant coordination and construction observation.
Candidate will work directly with the Architect to perform variety of tasks included but not limited to architectural drafting, field measurements, model making, renderings, and assist the architect to deliver projects on time and budget. Must be productive, reliable and responsible. Flexible work hours.
