Drafter / Expeditor (Revit) – Residential Blue Prints Design & Permitting Firm

About the Role:
You’ll be producing drawings in Revit, addressing plan revisions and plan check corrections, taking field measurements onsite and supporting permitting + expediting tasks as needed.
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year experience working in Revit
Understanding of basic building codes, minimum ceiling heights, square footage and zoning rules
Ability to prepare architectural plans to scale based on site conditions
Strong learner, proactive problem solver, dependable and team minded
Reliable personal vehicle (mileage reimbursement compensation will be paid)

Application Process:
Qualified candidates will first do a short virtual Revit assessment (screen share required).
Candidates who pass will be invited for an in-person interview.
During the first in-person interview, please be prepared to take measurements of a small designated area inside our office and create a quick scaled rendering based on those field measurements.
Schedule:
Full time - minimum 40 hours a week with the opportunity to work overtime as schedule permits.
Minimum required days & hours- Monday- Friday- 8am-4pm (can be flexible to start/finish later as needed)
