Job Description A well known capital management firm located right in Downtown Los Angeles is looking for a Data Engineer. This is an entry level to mid-level opportunity. Their applications are written in Python and SQL, so the ideal candidate will have strong Python data pipeline skills as well as ETL. It is important that the candidate have strong exposure to data storage and high integrity data sets. You will work closely with data scientist to support trading algorithms. This team uses data storage and manipulation tools such as HDF5, Pandas and RDBMS, any exposure to those would be a huge plus. Required Skills & Experience
- 2+ year of professional experience
- Data engineering skills
- Experience building ETL pipelines
- SQL and Python coding skills
