The Principal Engineer & Architect will have input on their latest tech platforms and have direct influence on developing the newest versions and features on their fast-growing SAAS platform and working with customers of their Virtual Justice platform. The successful candidate will be a Tech evangelist, Engineer, Architect, solutions provider, business driver, and expert communicator with client delivery. This is currently a remote position.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities: As a Principal Engineer & Architect, you will report to the VP of Innovation and Emerging Technology and be responsible for the following:- Architecting Microsoft Azure .NET Solutions across multiple platforms.
- Providing Microsoft Azure architecture collaboration with our clients
- Collaborate and liaise with current customer stakeholders on proposed architectures
- Implementation (coding) and Delivery of Microsoft Azure .NET projects (full stack development with .NET Core.
- Documentation of solutions (e.g., architecture, configuration and setup).
- Working within a project management/agile delivery methodology in a leading role as part of a wider team.
- Provide effective knowledge transfer to relevant customer personnel to ensure an appropriate level of future self-sufficiency.
- Leveraging Azure DevOps Repos and Pipelines to template and parameterize Azure Logic Apps resource groups for efficient transition and replication between development, staging and production environments across multiple tenants.
- Use of Graph API in conjunction with Logic Apps to interface with Microsoft products, especially Microsoft Teams. (Should be experienced in building delta queries).
- Design and ongoing management of the Common Data Service (CDS) entity structure and solutions for complex datasets, including 1:N, N:1 and N:N relationships and business rules.
- Full stack .NET Development experience
- Direct experience of a range services from the Microsoft Azure Cloud Platform including Infrastructure and Security related services such as Azure AD, IaaS, PaaS, Containers, Storage, Azure Monitoring and Security.
- Direct experience of enterprise solution shaping and Microsoft Azure Cloud using a micro-services-based application architecture.
- Architect level development experience in Microsoft platforms including Azure cloud
- Systems integration development
- PowerShell
- Experience of setting up, deploying and managing multiple environments to support agile development approaches.
- Possession of either the Developing Microsoft Azure Solutions and Architecting Microsoft Azure certifications.
- Deep understanding of coding best practices and modern architectural patterns, including micro services and message-driven architectures.
- Recent hands-on developing / coding role.
- Skilled with Azure and Azure DevOps tooling.
- NET Core, JavaScript (Bootstrap, jQuery), Entity Framework, RESTful services, SQL Server, etc.
- Angular or React is a huge plus
- Office 365 applications and solutions, specifically (Power Automate (Flow), Power Apps, Power BI, Dynamics 365, SharePoint Online).?
- Azure Logic Apps resource groups for efficient transition and replication between development, staging and production environments across multiple tenants.
- Azure Logic-Apps development, Graph API and PowerApps Experience
- Experience developing canvas and model driven PowerApps with UX interface
- Experience creating Forms and Flows that move data from Forms to Azure DevOps
