Our client is seeking a Frontend Engineer to join their Live News and Article Team. The client provides breaking news and analysis on politics, business, world national news, entertainment and more. The team works closely with engineering, product, and design teams in order to build and develop new features that enhance the reading experience. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of professional experience with React and Next.js. You will have a bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field. You will be participating in each step of the development lifecycle, from development and code review to automated testing and deployment. This will aid the team in ensuring they provide the best possible user experience possible Required Skills & Experience
- 5+ Years of Professional Experience
- 5+ Years of Experience with React and Next.js
- Excellent Team Collaboration Skills
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Related Field
- Experience Working in a Fast-Paced Environment
- 100% Frontend Using React and Next
- Collaborating with product, design, and engineering teams to build new features to enhance reader experience.
- Demonstrate expertise in a broad range of related technologies.
- Working on very large and complex assignments.
