Location: Los Angeles, CA Description: Our client is currently seeking a UX Architect/Design Lead
HR Description: • Develop and execute UX strategy across the portfolio of client facing digital apps • Lead the development of current and future state content ecosystems, structures, and maps • Elevate the UX Information Architecture practice to develop dynamic, cohesive and intuitive digital ecosystems and products • Orchestrate the development of information planning and future state hierarchies, taxonomies, and nomenclatures • Develop audience hierarchies and scenario-based archetypes definition • Participate in the design of multi-channel client journeys and Service Design blueprints • Understand how users will interact with content across tactical and intuitive user flows from macro to micro interactions • Perform stakeholder interviews and lead user research plans to identify user-centered scenarios and provide contextual client insights • Utilize strong project management skills to develop UX roadmaps, communicate status, and deliver value iteratively • Collaborate closely with Business stakeholders, Product leaders, Scrum Masters, Digital Managers, Designers, Researchers, and IT Architects to deliver best-in-class experiences for our clients • Be a thought leader inside and outside the organization in the areas of content architecture and strategy • Facilitate Design Thinking sessions to foster a culture of collaboration and inclusion WHAT DO YOU NEED TO SUCCEED Must-Have • Bachelor's Degree or BSE in related field preferred • A minimum of six (6) years as a user experience manager, interaction designer, or information architect. Direct experience with e-commerce, online classifieds, online data-reporting or large-scale web application development initiatives is an attractive plus for this position. • Minimum of six (6) years experience interacting with Creative and Application Development Teams. • Minimum of six (6) years experience in working with three or more concurrent projects Skills and Knowledge • Proficiency with users mental models, content categorization and hierarchies, defining labels and nomenclature • Proficiency in developing research plans, mapping ecosystems of users' jobs to be done, and content strategy • Experience translating content strategy into navigation systems and user-interface interaction models using factual data and best UX practices • Team player with strong cross-functional and communication skills • Independent strategic thinker and subject matter expert who can help build processes and act as an advisor to teams • Proficiency with digital platforms and applications (PowerPoint, Desired wire-framing tool, Figma, Mural, Confluence and Jira expertise) • Excellent empathetic and interpersonal skills • Experience in Finance Industry is a plus (but not required)Let me know if you have any questions team.
