  • Responsible for driving the strategy, design, and delivery of robotic and intelligent automation solutions with a specific focus on BPM and low code tools such as Appian, Power Apps, and Mendix
  • Understand our client's business challenges and integrate orchestration capabilities to create seamless solutions using combinations of Intelligent Automation, Machine Learning, NLP, and intelligent assistants
  • Lead cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize key areas of the business where BPM and/or low-code solutions can drive significant business benefit
  • Guide client and Deloitte teams in identifying automation candidates and developing the associated business cases
  • Advise clients in making strategic decisions on how to embrace broader automation capabilities into their organization, acknowledging an increasing demand for low-code and BPM orchestration tools
  • Serve as integrators between business needs and technology solutions, helping to create technology enabled solutions tailored to solve business challenges
  • Work with clients to develop strategy and governance for the broader organizational intelligent automation program and goals (e.g., establishment of COE)
  • Collaborate with firm technical leaders to understand and bring to bear innovative digital technologies to transform business processes
  • Review client engagement deliverables (e.g., Business Cases, CoE playbooks, process design documents, test strategies and plans) to ensure quality of content and presentation aligned with statement of work and Deloitte standards
  • Coordinate with technical teams to identify and triage performance and operational issues that arise throughout the course of automation implementations
  • Partner with senior client leadership throughout the course of planning and implementation engagements, and serve as a liaison with the technical team and client team
  • Lead relevant business development efforts, including account building, pursuits, practice development, and eminence
  • Foster talent within the team, building high performing teams and supporting development of staff within the practice

Qualifications

Required:
  • Minimum of a Bachelor's degree and 10+ years consulting/and or industry experience
  • Demonstrated knowledge of BPM and low-code application development, such as Appian
  • Experience incorporating user interface and user experience design into customer-facing enterprise applications
  • Significant experience leading or managing teams and change initiatives (especially in a project management role)
  • Experience with budgetary responsibilities related to projects or resources
  • Exceptional interpersonal, team-building and communication skills
  • Strong oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills (MS Visio, MS PowerPoint).
  • Experience with Microsoft Excel
  • Ability to travel up to 50% on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
  • Limited Immigration Sponsorship may be available

Preferred:
  • Ability to work independently; lead small teams focused on specific work streams of larger projects.
  • Advanced certifications on market-leading platforms (e.g. Appian, Power Apps, Mendix, Outsystems, etc.)
  • Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment.
  • Exceptional communication and analytical skills with the ability to communicate findings to clients and team members.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Eagerness to mentor junior staff.
  • An advanced degree
  • MBA paired with relevant work experience

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $176,000 to $326,000.

You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
