We focus on empowering customers on their digital journey, from envisioning new possibilities to delivering solutions that result in targeted business outcomes and a great customer experience.The Business Program Manager role within the Americas Modern Work Domain will be working and partnering with our Architect leadership team in identifying and incubating transformative solution sales win patterns and taking these patterns to scale with our field and delivery teams. This position will report directly to the Lead Architect Manager for Americas Modern Work.ResponsibilitiesCustomer and Business Value: Creates/delivers solutions that enhance satisfaction, performance, and/or business valueUses an understanding of customer and internal group drivers and decision-making processes to identify priorities and recommend ways to improve satisfaction, performance, and the experience.

Uses metrics to gather feedback, recognizes the impact of solutions, and supports action to mitigate risk.

Actively seeks and creates ways to increase synergy across multiple customers and internal groups.

Uses independent judgment and discretion to participate in the development and clarification of expectations, scope, and scale to achieve shared objectives and minimize redundancy.

Delivery: Provides the end-to-end delivery of services, processes, or technologies (through projects and programs), by using established project, program, and process management methodologiesUses and recommends improvements to existing approaches for the delivery of a service, process, or technology, by using established project, program, and process management methodologies to achieve clear and measurable outcomes.

Uses independent judgment and discretion to contribute to plans that minimize risk while effectively balancing scope, cost, time, quality, and resources, and improve satisfaction or performance.

Identifies and proposes opportunities and/or changes to the strategy or delivery management methodology to improve a project or program to reduce complexity and manage risk.

Operational Excellence: Develops, builds, runs, and improves consistent, predictable, and measurable processes and services that align with policies, procedures, and expectationsDrives consistency in processes and services to align with defined policies and procedures and meet performance expectations for consistency, accuracy, and timeliness of delivery. Uses judgment, subject matter expertise, and proven methodologies to minimize risk and revenue impact.

Identifies opportunities for improvement within a process or service to propose change or adjust a plan.

Actively seeks opportunities to increase agility by identifying future needs to evolve processes, services, and solutions and drive simplification.

QualificationsRequired/Minimum Qualifications:5+ years of proven Business Program management experience

3+ years consulting services experience (preferably Industry Solutions)

Have experience in translating business strategy, ideas into clear, high impact organizational priorities and communications (e.g. presentations, emails, papers)

Have experience leading and executing strategic initiatives and projects in a complex organizational environment while working on several diverse projects at the same time.

Can lead others in implementing change and includes knowledge of corporate processes, organizational structures, and operations necessary to influence change.

Preferred:3+ years’ experience using Industry Solutions system tools and processes

3+ years Industry Solutions organization navigation and execution with delivery and field role experience
