- 10-15 years of experience in Pharmaceuticals & Life Sciences with deep expertise Product & Portfolio Management (PPM) in R&D and Clinical Operations with experience managing a product pipeline portfolio including: evaluation, prioritization & optimization
- Demonstrated success as the leader and primary client contact at the engagement managing client's expectations through out the lifecycle of an engagement
- Demonstrated success in scoping, structuring, leading and managing resources, projects and/or program Specifically, including experience with: Project Charters, Project Plans (MS Project), Risks & Issues Tracking, Client Budget Management, Project Manage, Change Management.
- Demonstrated success in simply and concisely communicating the value and benefits of SCM in the R&D and Clinical Domains
- Demonstrated Success in driving in driving PPM client interviews, working sessions and workshops while instructing, coaching, and training the team to deliver the sessions and relevant outputs. Specifically including experience with:
- Best Practices based on your own personal experience
- Process Flows & Data Flow Diagrams
- User Requirements with Design & Test Traceability
- Ability to contribute thought leadership to the team
- Ability to train junior resources and create the next generation of PPM advisory talent
- Demonstrated success in extending the PPM capability through innovative technologies
- Demonstrated success in supporting the business development process and expansion of an offering (Managed Revenue/Sales Revenue) at new and existing accounts
- Demonstrated success in creating roadmaps to continue work from one engagement to the next
- Demonstrated success in forming deep and long-lasting trust based relationships with buyers and executives
- Demonstrated success in creating and participating in the creation of pitch decks and client proposals
- Demonstrated success when performance was measured in terms of both a Managed Revenue & Sales Revenue component.
