Given below is the detailed JD:This position will be part of the Disney+ Rights Management and Availability Team within the Global ContentOperations organization. You will be responsible for performing the day to day activities as it relates to ourtitle availability pipeline and support the team with development of interim tools, solutions and processesimprovements. You will be highly detail-oriented, have a keen eye for innovation, and be consistentlymotivated to solve the challenges that come with launching and sustaining content on a global platform.You’re curious, passionate, driven and in pursuit of operational efficiencies through technology.

Responsibilities: Perform the day to day activities related to publishing title availability to the global Disney+ platform Provide analytical, data driven insight into the current state of our title availability pipeline and use thatknowledge to recommend process and technological improvements Assist to triage and resolve priority requests and live-site issues Perform code alterations to markup languages like XML Avail Compile regular reports highlighting issues requiring attention and manage remediation Support the team with the development of interim tools, solutions and process improvements Bridge technical or process gaps through direct individual contribution Work on ad-hoc projects as needed

Qualifications: 5+ years content operations and/or technical operations experience BA/BS or equivalent experience required Familiarity with XML, data modeling and databases Familiarity with an XML language editor Demonstrated problem solving skills Exemplary data analysis and Excel proficiency Experience with SaaS-based project management and collaboration tools such as Smartsheets,Confluence, JIRA, Lucidchart and Airtable Understanding of the digital content supply chain framework, data flow, and distribution methodology(EIDR and licensing/avails) Knowledge of MovieLabs Digital Distribution Framework, Common Metadata, Common Manifest andEMA Avails A personal affinity for the brands and franchises of The Walt Disney Company
