Job Description A startup that has firmly planted itself into the LA area is looking for a UX Design Manager to join their growing design team. Their core product is a search engine designed to reconnect people with their loved ones. The UX Design Manager will be responsible for not only managing their very own team of designers, but also work hands on in the design process. They will be working cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, and Engineering to tackle various problems and develop strategy. An excellent candidate should have an outstanding portfolio and a history of managing a team. Required Skills & Experience
- 1+ years of experience managing a team
- 5+ years of experience as a UX/UI Designer
- Ability to communicate patterns and best practices
- Experience with web products
- Strong communication and oral skills
- Experience working with B2B products is a plus
