Desktop Support Technician with 1-3+ years of experience needed for Desktop Support, Break/Fixes, Windows 10 Migration, Refresh and other projects for a contract position
Tasks:- Refresh, Migration to Windows 10- Desktop Support- Break/fix support- Various Desktop related projects Other Work May include:- Project work, support which can include refresh, migration, upgrade project in a Windows XP, 7, 8 to Windows 10, Hardware and Software- Troubleshoot, upgrade, install and support hardware and software at the Desktop level- Maintenance of hardware and equipment- Desktop and laptop refreshes, PC Imaging Skills:- 1-3+ years of experience in Desktop Support- Software Installations, Refresh, Windows Migration- Operational break/fix support Other Skills Preferred:- Prior experience with Windows XP, Windows 7, Windows 8 and/or Windows 10 Roll-Outs, PC Refreshes, Upgrades or Migrations- Well versed in Windows Desktop environments including Windows XP, Windows 7, Windows 8, Windows 10- Active Directory- MS Outlook, MS Exchange- Desktop Support experience providing Tier 1 support Work:- Ability to lift up to approx. 40-50 or so lbs, some hard labor will be required including bending, crawling in work stations, lifting / moving devices, computers, printers, etc.Background, criminal and drug testing requiredVacancy expired!
