One of the worlds most respected eCommerce organizations in the Health and Wellness space is looking to add a Director of UX. This Director will partner will lead a team of designers to enhance the User Experience for Global customers on all platforms, Mobile-Web, Web and mobile while partnering with CX, IT, Product and cross functional stakeholders. Required Skills & Experience
- 10+ years of design experience
- 5 + years of leading Design teams
- 3+ years of eCommerce experience
- AB Testing experience
- Experience working with design systems and tools such as Sketch, Invision, Figma, and Adobe
- Experience working with product, business stakeholders, and user researchers to drive strategy, vision, and execution.
- Experience with graphic development software (Photoshop, ImageReady, Illustrator etc.)
