Position: ERP TrainerDuration: 6+ MonthsLocation: Los Angeles, California The duties of this programmer include, but are not limited to the following:- Training and Performance Support for Citywide implementation of HR & Payroll system.
- The role will include the design, development, end-user delivery, and end-user evaluation of training and performance support materials.
- It will also include evaluating the effectiveness of the training and performance support materials.
- Design and Development experience will include both web-based training (WBT) and instructor-led training (ILT) as well as the development of job aids and video learning.
- The delivery experience will include delivering classes for specialized end-user groups (i.e. executives, admin).
- Will also provide performance support post-implementation to end users, work with the communications team to develop effective communication interventions.
- Experience with training delivery for multipel stakeholder groups
- Experience with Workday
- Experience with large-scale HR & Payroll implementations
- WBT/Video tools experience (e.g., Camtasia, Powtoon, VideoScribe, Articulate, etc.)
