Role: FileNet CMOD Developer Location Onshore Remote Use Business Objects, QlikView, Cognos, Tableau, or similar reporting tools to develop data quality reports for DMO and business users. Extensive experience on IBM CMOD development is mandatory. Deliverables:
- Developing, maintaining, and managing advanced reporting, analytics, dashboards and other BI solutions.
- Performing and documenting data analysis, data validation, and data mapping/design.
- Reviewing and improving existing systems and collaborating with teams to integrate new systems.
- Conducting unit tests and developing database queries to analyze the effects and troubleshoot any issues.
- Work with Data Quality Analysts to understand data mappings, and required data quality rules and the required report output functionality
- Develop "Semantic Layer" (BOBJ Universe, etc.) specific to the reporting and tools and required functionality of the reports
- Creating tools to store data within the organization
- Develop and test reports using the output from the Data Quality rules-engine
- Develop and execute test scripts to validate that reports are producing the required results
- Package and check-in/out report code under version control repository (or repositories access by the reporting tools)
- Assist with code deployment, including scheduling
- Assist with ongoing maintenance and trouble-shooting of reports
- Proven development experience within the context of IBM CMOD.
- A solid understanding of SQL, rational databases, and normalization.
- Proficiency in use of query and reporting analysis tools.
- Competency in Excel (macros, pivot tables, etc.)
- Extensive experience in developing, maintaining and managing Tableau driven dashboards & analytics and working knowledge of Tableau administration/architecture.
- Proven development experience with Oracle, DB2, SQL Server, Greenplum or other MPP database platforms
- Proven development experience with both 3NF and dimensional models, Change-data-capture, time-variance, SCD/RCD, and other database concepts
