- Develop reference architectures and best practice for Service Now solutions
- Provide consulting, design and deployment services for enterprise ITSM tool implementation and integration with different Infra, cloud and App management solutions
- Design and Deploy different Service Now solutions involving all modules of ServiceNow with emphasis on portal & HR Service Delivery module. Additional experience on ITOM, ITBM, CSM will be desired
- Extensive experience in portal implementation and customization with AJAX, Angular JS etc
- Implementation of Orchestration use cases in production environment using ServiceNow Orchestration modules
- Migrate ITSM services from existing ITSM Platform to ServiceNow and ensure best benefits of ServiceNow are drawn for the customer adopting it
- Provide design guidance / POC for technology integration and adoption with ServiceNow
- Drive cross-functional / technology collaboration to give customers a seamless experience
