Investment Operation Specialist - 100% Onsite - Contract to HireGenuent is hiring an Investment Operations Specialist on a contract to hire basis with a TOP Banking Client. - Acts as a liaison with SEI Private Trust Company; resolves problems and discrepancies related to cash transactions, including but not limited to incoming and outgoing wire transfers.
- Responsible for processing investment transactions and reconciling with General Ledger.
- Places/responds to calls/emails from internal and external customers to interpret and explain policies and procedures or seek problem resolution.
- Provides information and serves as resource to internal customers.
- Able to verify accuracy, manage risk, resolve issues using multiple resources, account records and online systems.
- Provides back-up for other numerous functions when required to.
- Must be able to work in a production-based environment governed by quality and quantity productivity standards.
- H.S. Diploma
- Minimum 2 years of Banking experience, preferably in Trust or finance environment.
- Minimum 2 years of experience with procedures, practices and regulations governing banking, trust or securities operations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, Excel and Word documents.
- Excellent verbal/written communication skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a productive environment.
- Good knowledge of cash operations and demonstrated ability to process large transfers with accuracy.
