IT Procurement Analyst

IT Procurement Analyst for a long-term contract, possibly to hire.Looking for expertise in IT Procurement Support and Operations, Procurement for software, hardware and services What you will do: Manages IT procurement for hardware, software and services Responsible for IT vendor management, ensures procurement policies are met, resolve issues, reviews vendors invoices Manages and maintain all IT purchase orders, analyzes purchases, maintains records, Reviews invoices – INV for accuracy Account management including renewals and maintaining agreements Handles RFP – Request for Proposals and RFO – Request for Offer Reviews financials, assist with budget preparation and generates reports Manages contracts for renewals and expirations What you will need: 2+ years of experience IT Procurement including IT products, IT services, hardware, software Experience with IT Vendor Management Experience with IT Purchase Orders Experience with IT Invoices Experience with IT documents including managing IT contracts and agreements A Plus: Any background in general Project / Task Coordination, Budgeting, Forecasting
