- Work with clients to offer a broad range of enterprise, storage and production technologies
- Understand the customer's business and technical goals to suggest solutions
- Build broad relationships within customer accounts to understand their specific needs
- Understand customer technical infrastructure to include storage, networking, applications, and other workflow elements
- Understand the workflows and storage technologies that the customer currently has in place to offer solutions
- Perform business reviews with the customer to review success metrics, goals, KPI and performance
- Work with customers to resolve complex technical issues after escalation and provide support
- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or combination of education and work experience
- Experience designing and implementing Enterprise and Production Level IT infrastructure
- Several years of experience managing enterprise storage such as SAN and NAS solutions
- Solid knowledge of data storage concepts and technologies, particularly around file-based / unstructured data
- Familiar with a wide range of technologies: Networking, Backup and Recovery, NAS/SAN technologies, virtualization, and cloud solutions
- Sound knowledge of process workflows, production, post-production, and/or broadcast workflows and tools
- Ability to create engaging visual presentations with PowerPoint, Lucid Chart, Canva, Google slides, etc.
- Flexible schedule, willing to work some nights and weekends when needed
- Ability to travel domestically, international travel ability a plus
