Once you join, you will take the lead in identifying opportunities for process improvements, analyzing business requirements, and designing/ testing solutions in collaboration with our IT teams. You will partner closely with clinical business users and with IT to drive and implement various process improvement initiatives, implementations and enhancements. Additionally, you will provide technological solutions to our cross-functional teams.Preferred Candidate Locations:

How you will make an impact:
Collaborate with various cross-functional teams to understand business processes, assess and determine process improvements feasibility, recommend solutions, and monitor the deployment and roll out of these solutions.
Provide guidance and technical direction to management and various cross-functional stakeholders in the development of solutions and resolutions.
Authoring and maintaining requirements and solutions design documentation (RDD & SDD) with detailed process flows, user guidance documents.
Willingness to learn and expand technology skillset with the objective to deliver solutions to meet internal team’s needs.
What you’ll need (Required)
Bachelor’s degree in a related field, plus 8 years of previous related experience experience developing, implementing, and supporting technology deliverables in an enterprise environment.

Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
Consult in project setting within specific sections of the clinical systems area
