You will be playing a vital role in engineering services that delight the customer. Your ability to create a vision, motivate and energize engineering teams, get buy-in from rest of the organization, be the technical leader, focus on the right solution, and be part of a team that tears down silos to deliver the best customer experience will be critical to your success.ResponsibilitiesIn this role, you will be responsible for leading a team of engineers adding new features and enhancements to Microsoft Container Registry, as well as taking it to the next level as Microsoft provides software secure supply chain solutions to Azure customers worldwide.Partner with Product managers, business stake holders and users to understand user pain points deeply and create innovative solutions that delight your customers in an agile development environment.

QualificationsBasic Qualifications:· 8+ years of experience with software development experience· 4+ years of experience of building and leading high performing Engineering teams.Preferred Qualifications:· Experience with containers, secure software supply chain, Kubernetes and/or similar technologies· Experience using agile methodologies or test-driven development (TDD)· Experience implementing and/or operating large scale cloud services· Knowledge of Microsoft Azure, AWS or similar cloud computing platforms is a plus· Good communication skills that can provide clarity to audiences.· Metrics-driven mindset, ability to experiment, learn and improve.· Effective collaborator, experienced in creating technical partnerships across teamsAbility to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings: Microsoft Cloud Background Check.
