- 7+ years of healthcare IT project management experience
- Must have a solid technical project management background
- Proven Call Center / Access Center implementation experience
- Experience around workflows as it pertains to call center operations and customer transitions
- Demonstrated knowledge of the Agile project management methodology
- Telecom & infrastructure upgrade/implementation experience preferred
- Experience with CRM software and integrations with telephony and clinical software solutions
- Experience implementing Salesforce Health Cloud strongly preferred
- Experience with budgeting, analysis, and common project management tools
- Strong educational background, preferably in the fields of computer science, business, and/or technology
- Experience working collaboratively with cross-functional technical, business, and clinical teams
- Ability to effectively manage multiple vendors within a complex project and competing priorities, while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong documentation/artifacts management skills
