Patient Access Center PM Role:
  • 7+ years of healthcare IT project management experience
  • Must have a solid technical project management background
  • Proven Call Center / Access Center implementation experience
  • Experience around workflows as it pertains to call center operations and customer transitions
  • Demonstrated knowledge of the Agile project management methodology
  • Telecom & infrastructure upgrade/implementation experience preferred
  • Experience with CRM software and integrations with telephony and clinical software solutions
  • Experience implementing Salesforce Health Cloud strongly preferred
  • Experience with budgeting, analysis, and common project management tools
  • Strong educational background, preferably in the fields of computer science, business, and/or technology
  • Experience working collaboratively with cross-functional technical, business, and clinical teams
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple vendors within a complex project and competing priorities, while maintaining attention to detail
  • Strong documentation/artifacts management skills
PMP preferred, but extensive relevant experience will be accepted in lieu of PMP
