Job Description: Senior project management role leading the Treasury Management Services business team to deploy Real Time Payments (RTP) into production. This is on the BUSINESS SIDE. NOT IT.
Responsible for development and maintenance of detail business project plan
Responsible for interfacing with Technology & Innovation and external technology vendor partners to maintain an integrated execution plan throughout the project lifecycle
Responsible for assisting the business to understand client and colleague impacts of the deployment of RTP for both send and receive functionality to include identification of needs regarding training, communication, desk procedures/processes, risk controls, impacts to existing reporting, cross impacts to other products/reports, etc.
Actively identify risks and develop and measure against detailed mitigation plans
Actively identify issues and develop and measure against detailed remediation plans
Work with TMS UAT team to perform full quality assurance checks against the system to ensure it meets acceptance criteria prior to implementation and that all impacted parties (e.g., Service, Implementations, Product, Sales, Communications and Training) are aware of open defects, the impacts/workarounds related to those defects and that all parties agree to and are prepared to support those impacts/workarounds prior to implementation

Skills:
12+ years of work experience
Extensive experience (10+ years) in project management within the banking/financial services sector
Extensive experience (10+ years) delivering product projects within Treasury Management, specifically payments
Expert level understanding of project lifecycle methodologies and standards
Expert level understanding of gathering functional, operational and technical requirements
Expert level knowledge of MS Office applications including MS Project Professional
Strong background in change management/change readiness activities
Expert level background working with technology teams and deploying technology projects
Strong background in working with technology vendors
Strong background in business process review (e.g., identifying impacts to operating desk procedures, risk controls, etc.)
Excellent verbal and written presentation skills
Expert collaboration skills
Detail oriented while understanding big picture orientation
Ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced, dynamically changing environment

Preferred:
Experience with deploying various payment rails, specifically Real Time Payments (RTP)
PMP certification (or similar)
Change management certification (e.g., Prosci or similar)

Education:
