Role: SAP BI / SAC Duration: Fulltime/Permanent Location: Los Angeles Job Description: What You Will Be Doing Hitachi Vantara is seeking an experienced SAP BI / SAC Analytics Manager with deep experience implementing SAP BI and also having SAC for Financial Planning & Budgeting purposes to help us implementation of the SAP BI and SAC solution for our FP&A customers. The consultant must be well versed in planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes and understand how to best leverage SAC as part of a Finance Analytics transformation project. What You Bring to the Team (Qualifications) 10+ years of experience in similar technology roles involving SAP BI/BW/BPC/BO with at least 5+ years of extensive SAP and SAC design and development experience Design and build SAC planning, forecasting and budget models and related reports & dashboards to support the business key KPIs. Ability to work as a visualization expert to implement the best visualization stories for customer's business KPI's Work with the client to understand business processes for reporting purposes Strong knowledge and previous experience with other EPM tools like SAP BPC, Hyperion Planning is highly desirable Experienced in livedata, import data connections from various data sources including but not limited to S4/HANA, HANA Cloud, Concur, SuccessFactors, ARIBA, IBP and other non-SAP applications. Experience supporting different reporting requirements and functional activities performed across Finance organizations using SAC as well as training users Effective SQL coding, data modelling, visualization, analytics designer, data integration and JavaScript programming skills Dashboard story creation in SAC using Canvas, Responsive pages and Digital boardroom. Experience in creating SAP HANA information models such as Packages, Attribute Views, Analytic Views, and Calculation Views with graphical and script-based methods, using SQL, SQL Script, and CE Functions is desirable Participate with development teams to design / build / test analytics solution. Good analytical and communication skills Ability to lead small teams and coordinate with different stakeholders to resolve issues or problems
