Scrum Master$130K - $160K + benefitsHybrid 3x onsite per week in Los Angeles (local candidates only)We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Scrum Master to join our fast-paced team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in agile methodologies and a passion for leading and facilitating the delivery of website and mobile projects.What you get to do every day• Facilitate and lead agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint demos, and retrospectives• Act as a servant leader to the development team and help the team to focus on delivering high-quality work• Remove impediments and coach the team on agile best practices• Work closely with the product owner to ensure that the backlog is well-groomed and that the team is always working on the highest priority items• Ensure that the team is following the Scrum framework and is continuously improving its processes• Collaborate with stakeholders and other teams to ensure that dependencies are identified and managed• Ensure that the team is delivering on time, within budget and to the required quality standards Requirements- 4+ years as Scrum Master
- Prior experience with consumer facing web and mobile apps strongly preferred.
- Experience working with geographically distributed teams. Seeking someone that will keep unity and productivity given the challenges of remote/hybrid teams.
- JIRA and Confluence
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Scrum Master certification is a plus
