Job Description: Create and update technical security standards (TSS) for IT assets and software. Use Qualys to perform TSS compliance scans on a regular cadence. Perform analysis of scan results and mitigate any issues with the TSS compliance scans.
Collaborate with key stakeholders on remediation strategies and follow remediation activities through closure.
Report on and track all open TSS compliance issues and exceptions.
Identify potential for and implement automation between Qualys, ServiceNow, and other relevant tools.
Skills:
Demonstrated experience with one or more enterprise security platforms
Demonstrated experience as lead engineer in the design, implementation and support in a complete enterprise IT environment
Demonstrated knowledge of secure build and configuration standards in a highly regulated environment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Including a strong ability to create positive and professional business relationships with partner engineering and architecture teams across IT
Strong commitment to working as a team and providing excellent customer service
Security certifications (CISSP, GSEC, etc.) are highly desired
System administration certifications (CCNA, MCSA, etc.) highly desired
Formalized training and mastery in security platform or product
Education:
Bachelor's Degree business, computer science or equivalent
Minimum of 5 years experience in Information/Cyber Security field
Minimum of 5 years experience as an engineer or administrator of enterprise security technology platform
Certifications & Licenses:
CCNA
