Responsibilities:- End-to-end management of successful client software implementation / integration projects, including administration of contractual deliverables and timelines.
- Ability to perform project control activities, including but not limited to, creating and maintaining detailed project plans, weekly status reports, financial health reports, meeting minutes, and coordinating staffing activities using shared resource pool.
- Establish and manage customer expectations, changes or gaps in delivery.
- Ensure the timely and budgeted completion of projects
- Communicate to team regarding project plan development, status and change.
- Planning, decision making, and resourcing of project with client and internal team to understand expectations and goals for each team.
- Manage internal reporting and analysis for financial profitability across multiple and /or complex projects.
- Manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.
- 5-8+ years of large scale, global project/program management experience working with external customers. Experience must include P&L, growth strategies, issue/risk mitigation, metrics, client/customer relationships, and day-to-day operations.
- Must have at least 2 years of Project Management experience in the ERP space.
- Certified Project Management Professional.
- Expert level experience in Agile/Scrum.
- Previous history inside of large scale vendor management systems.
- Background in HR, Payroll, or Time & Attendance.
- Experience working with C-level executives to position and advise on capabilities, deliverables and resourcing within the client s organization.
- A long history in the coordination and providing leadership across different teams that are engaged inside of a large volume, high transaction global client (account teams, project delivery teams, delivery support teams, sales and practice management, and administrative teams that support pursuits, deal reviews, project financials, staffing and legal),
- The successful candidate will bring a unique combination of entrepreneurship and management that can clarify strategies, define execution plans and lead teams of talented individuals who plan and implement the services that execute the client s strategies.
- Manage customer interactions with diplomacy and professionalism.
- Experience in leading and coaching a team through project completion stages.
- Proven success managing multiple, complex, simultaneous projects, including managing scope, time, cost and quality of delivery.
- Proven financial management skills for time & materials and/or fixed price projects, including billing.
- Knowledge of software development process and cycle.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Works well as a team member or individually.
- Experience with business applications and Microsoft Office Suite (including Project).
- Ability to travel up to 50%
- BA/MBA in Accounting and Information Systems.
