Senior UX/UI Designer (Remote)

Job Description

This is our Direct Client opening for

· Design low fidelity wireframes, working prototypes and high fidelity web designs in Figma ready for development

· Work closely with Product/Engineering teams to ideate, design and build new features to AB test and enhance user experience.

· Conduct user research and analysis of customer journey/feedback in design process.

· Design responsive webpages, landing pages, and various e-commerce features: from subscription flow to bundles to the account customer portal.

· Identify & test key areas for UX/UI improvement on website, especially around mobile usability.

· Stay on top of latest design and usability trends, especially around mobile devices.

· 5+ years of UX/UI experience, experience in e-commerce and/or startup preferred.

· Helps create a fun and creative environment for team members to brainstorm in.

· Expert in relevant technologies (Adobe Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, Sketch).

· Basic proficiency in front-end development web programming languages including HTML and CSS.

· Emphasis on strong UI skills to pair with UX best practices.

· Experience with mobile design and responsive web applications.

· Establishing design guidelines, standards, and best practices for the brand.

· Creative and open to new ideas, adaptable and willing to learn new techniques.

· Excellent communication skills in a fast paced, cross functional environment.

· Illustration/vector design capability is a plus.
