This is a W2 paid event (-not cash, -not 1099) and you will need to apply as a regular employee in order to work.
Our regular Pay rate is $30-35 P/hour depending upon they type of event. Each event however, does pay additional service charges of at least $50 or more for each of the staff. If you include the "service charge", the average rate per hour is $40 p/hour. Sometimes the service charges are higher. We pay a minimum of 5 hours for each event guaranteed.
