El Granjero Cantina is looking for an experienced server to help our team as a shift leader! This person is able to move deftly through a seemingly chaotic shift with levelheadedness and clarity. This person can multitask, has superior discernment, understands sense of urgency and hospitality, and is not afraid to give direction to staff.
We operate an "ALL TEAM" style restaurant that uses a point system to divide the tips equally among every team member. Meaning that every customer is your customer, every job is your job. This fosters an environment of teamwork and hard work that we really enjoy.
The shift lead is cross trained on every station (host, server, bar, expo) and is willing to work any or all of these positions.
