Servers and Barenders wanted for Catering event on Sunday December 8th 2024 in the afternoon. Pay is $30 p/hour (5 hour minimum guarantee) + a minimum service charge of at least $50-$65 (or more) per worker per event Applicants must have at least 5 YEARS minimum experience working in either catering, banquet, or in private homes or with Event staffing companies, caterers, or similar. Please include a cover letter in your response/submission, otherwise it will be not be considered This opportunity is offered on an event-by-event basis, and it is not meant to be a full time. Instead, this is ideal for those who are looking to fill dates when they are not woriking their regular job. For example: Employees are able to accept and choose the parties/dates that they would like to work based on their own personal availability. Please note however: that this NOT an "independent contractor" gig. We hire staff as "employees" and you will be required to submit a Form W4 and if hired. We have a small top notch crew of highly skilled people. "Service Charges" (aka: gratuities) are also included with every event in addition to the posted "wage" of $30 p/hour. The minimum service charges range between $50-75 p/worker p/event, but can sometimes be substantially higher depending upon the client. Interviews are detailed and are individual (not group).
