Kismet Rotisserie is opening in STUDIO CITY at the Sportsmen Lodge and we are looking for a capable PT Line cook.
This is a 5 day a week PM position from approximately 3-10pm. Tuesday-Saturday
All hourly positions at Kismet Rotisserie are tipped and receive an equal share of the tip pool based on hours worked. All our employees working 20-40 hours a week make $23-$25 (that is including our tip structure). We also offer health insurance, including vision and dental, for employees working over 20 hours. Additionally, we offer a 401k plan and employees have the added benefit of a 50% discount at both of our restaurants.
The Kismet Rotisserie menu focuses on rotisserie chicken and vegetables, as well as sandwiches and salads. All sourced with care and prepared creatively.
The job will entail cooking, cutting and preparing rotisserie chicken. It will also include fryer work and assembling chicken plates as well as sandwiches and salads to order. Attention to detail, and the ability to multitask is crucial. Previous line cook experience is a plus, but entry level cooks are also welcome to apply.
We prefer that you have high-volume, high-quality restaurant experience. Must be quick on your feet and a fast learner, without cutting corners. Must be professional, as well as courteous toward fellow employees and customers. A positive work attitude is crucial. Must be a team player.
