We are seeking an experienced, motivated, clean and efficient Host/Hostess for a new restaurant opening in Beverly Hills featuring Farmer's Market driven, Southern French/Mediterranean/Californian cuisine. The Host/Hostess is the first face guest see at the restaurant. They will provide our guests with outstanding customer service and treat the restaurant as their own.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Greet New and Returning Guest
Provide exceptional customer Service in person, via email, and over the phone
Answering basic customer inquires
Placing and closing To Go orders
Seating Guest
Answer Phones
Interact closely with other departments
Other duties as needed
Qualifications:
Great presentation
Aptitude to retain and process information at a high level
Exceptional customer service skills
Ability to excel in a fast paced environment
Solid computer skills
High attention to detail
Strong and effective communication and writing skills
