Cosmetic and anti aging practice has immediate opening for an Lead Front Office Coordinator. The position wears many hats. Lead FOC is responsible for managing the front office day to day operations with an emphasis on service excellence and focuses on details. If you are a DETAIL ORIENTED self starter, thrive doing both administrative duties along with interacting with patients in the cosmetic medical industry in a boutique office environment, this is the position for you.

Responsibilities include administrative duties and organization regarding all aspects of running a front desk , greeting guests and patients, opening and closing, scheduling patients, answering phones, triaging calls, checking in and checking out patients, sales via education, follow up patient calls, collecting money, billing and correspondence with patients, inputting information, inventory, patient interaction, maintaining cleanliness standards, and handling an array of owners projects as needed.

Job Requirements: Must possess minimum of 2 years of applicable experience. Must be very proficient in computers, office suite programs, Word, Excel, Outlook, Internet saavy and will be tested for proficiency level. Bonus: EMR and Nextech paractice management software experience.

This position is highly detailed oriented, alot of multi tasking, high high standards of customer service and attention to detail, hospitality and good organization is needed.

30-40 hours per week generally 9:00 am - 6:00 pm. Benefits: Health insurance, parking, retirement plan, vacation, paid holidays, cosmetic treatments.
