Part-time front office admin./physical therapy aide position is available in an integrative and busy outpatient clinic. Expand your knowledge and skill in a stimulating environment that provides ongoing education in exercise and human movement science. Position also includes clerical duties to assist with patient scheduling, manage phone calls and other customer service responsibilities.
Looking for an energetic, friendly individual with an ability to multi-task while preserving compassion and accuracy in their job duties. Previous experience in exercise training is preferred but not required.

Exceptional customer service skills, over the phone and in person, with clients and coworkers
Strong problem solving skills
Experience with scheduling software preferred
