Golden Years Adult Day Health Care is looking for a Registered Physical Therapist to join our team! Bilingual in Spanish or Chinese, preferred.
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to join our team. As a Physical Therapist, you will be responsible for evaluating and treating patients to improve their physical health and well-being. This role requires compassionate care to assist patients in their recovery journey.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments to develop individualized treatment plans for patients.
- Implement therapeutic exercises and modalities to help patients regain mobility and manage pain.
- Educate patients on at-home exercises and self-care techniques.
- Collaborate with Multi-disciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Document patient progress and maintain accurate records of treatment plans.
- Stay current on advancements in physical therapy techniques and technologies.
- Supervise Physical Therapist Aide.
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of physiology and anatomy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Compassionate and patient-centered approach to therapy.
- Bilingual in Spanish or Chinese, preferred.
Qualifications:
- B.S. degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
- Certified by the American Board of PTs and Physiotherapists (ABPP).
- Current CPR card.
- Current Physical Therapy Registry Card.
Job Types: Part-time, Contract
Pay: $40.00 - $50.00 per hour
