JOB SUMMARY: Recruiting best in Class A Drivers to work locally in Southern CA! Will spend time at our corporate office in Pomona and time out in the field.
KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES:
Ability to communicate effectively in verbal and written form with a strong customer service orientation.
Solid typing and computer skills
Must be able to work well under stress while meeting deadlines
Must be proactive and take ownership of job duties and recruiting drivers
EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE:
High school Diploma or GED preferred.
1+ year experience with recruiting for trucking company
OTHER REQUIREMENTS:
Must be able to handle confidential and business sensitive data and maintain a high sense of professionalism and integrity at all times.
Must be able to demonstrate dependability and timeliness
Must possess a positive outlook on work activities.
