Maintenance - (Porter) - Custodial, Janitorial – Entry Level – Apartment Homes
Western National Property Management is looking to fill a Porter position at Center Pointe Villa Apartment Homes, 240-units located in Norwalk, CA. Porter supplements maintenance and Management efforts to ensure that the community is maintained and ready for showing to prospects, which meets company standards and attracts residents.
The ideal candidate is polished engaging and energetic. Candidates need significant customer service experience, maintenance, custodial or janitorial a plus! We want employees who commitment to applying their very best in a high-energy environment that rewards your efforts and dedication!
This position offers $18.00 per hour plus benefits!
Job Requirements:
Previous porter or janitorial experience in multifamily a plus.
Ability to interact effectively with management, peers and residents.
High School Diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
