Seeking an ASSOCIATE with a minimum of 2 years of business immigration experiences with an emphasis on employment-based NIV (H-1B, TN, L-1, E-2, E-3, O-1) and IV (PERM, EB-1, EB-2, EB-3, AOS) matters. The qualified applicant must understand the regulations, case law, and the critical factors that result in a positive outcome. Must have a Bachelor's degree, JD, and be licensed in a U.S. jurisdiction. Proficiency with Office365, Excel, Adobe Pro, Dropbox, and INSZOOM is a plus.

Seeking a CASEWRITER must have a minimum of a bachelor's degree, preferably in English or a writing program, and an excellent academic record. We are searching for a responsible, detail-oriented, exceedingly organized, dedicated self-starter who possesses superior writing, research, and communication skills. Excellent grammar and an eye for critical detail can't be overemphasized, and the ability to follow instructions in preparation of documentation is imperative. Writers with a keen interest in film, television, and music will be positioned to succeed. Duties will include extensive background research and writing in the preparation and filing of immigration documentation, as well as case management, organization of client files, and other administrative initiatives. Responsibilities will also include proofreading and editing of case drafts prepared by others, drafting client correspondence, and executing the firm's business initiatives, including website content updates where requested.
