Were staffing a new document review project that will be starting on Tuesday, May 28th. For consideration, please respond to the numbered questions at the bottom.
Project Details:
Rate: $34/hour
Start Date: Tuesday, May 28
Anticipated duration: Approximately 8 weeks
Hours/Schedule: 8 hours/day, 40 hours/week, plus ½ hour meal break, Monday - Friday, during business hours
Overtime: Not anticipated
Work Location: Downtown LA review center
Conflicts: Short email questionnaire no form to complete
Candidate Requirements:
Bar: CA barred attorneys only, with active status in good standing.
Candidate background: This is a complex financial matter, so a background and/or work experience in financial matters (finance/accounting related degrees, substantive financial related work, or financial related document review experience) is a plus.
Prior large firm electronic document review experience is required.
For consideration:
1. Submit a Word resume, which includes your document review experience, preferably with each project listed separately with start and end dates.
2. Confirm availability to start as early as 9:00 a.m. on Tuesday morning, May 28th.
3. Confirm availability through at least Wednesday, July 31, preferably longer, in case the project goes that long.
4. Confirm active CA bar membership.
5. Mention any known or anticipated scheduling conflicts (meetings, classes, appointments, etc.) or travel/holiday plans through Wednesday, July 31, in case the project goes for another week or so. If possible please provide exact dates you'll be out. Scheduling conflicts will be considered on a case by case basis.
