Solo practitioner law firm seeking for an immigration Legal Assistant/ Paralegal part-time with potential of becoming a full-time position. This is not a remote position.
The ideal candidate should have a minimum 2 years of experience with EOIR and USCIS filings on the following type of cases:
Asylum
VAWA
U-Visa
Family-Based Petitions
Humanitarian Reinstatement
Humanitarian Parole
601 Waivers
Additionally, the ideal candidate MUST speak and understand FLUENT Spanish as the firm's clients are 90% Spanish speakers. If you believe you are the right candidate, please submit your resume for review.
