Paralegal/Legal Secretary

Busy Westside family law firm seeks a paralegal/Legal Secretary for full time employment with at least 3 years of family law experience. We are looking for someone who can prioritize and easily change to accommodate the nature of our busy practice. Please have knowledge of completing Declarations of Disclosure, Income and Expense Declarations, Word Perfect, experience with phone intakes of potential clients, preparing subpoenas duces tecum, assisting with extensive trial preparation, preparing Court documents both with and without extensive exhibits, prepare, propound and draft discovery responses. In office work is required.
