Plaintiff/Applicant Workers Compensation Firm in need of Case manager / Legal Assistant with at least 2 years experience with working on workers' compensation cases. We are willing to train the right person but are ideally looking for someone who can immediately assist with overseeing a large caseload. Be familiar with filing Workers Compensation documents
Must be familiar with EAMS
Familiar in Workers Comp legal terminology
Able to schedule depositions and cross examinations of doctors/experts
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
Dependable, work independently under minimal supervision with strong attention to detail
Must be reliable, punctual and have reliable transportation
