Schedule: 2nd Shift (3:00 PM - 12:00 AM)
Key Responsibilities:
Manually spherical lap inner diameters using a conventional drill press
Deburr parts by breaking sharp edges on internal and external surfaces
Utilize deburring tools such as files, Dremels, die grinders, polishing wheels, and more
Measure parts using calipers and check threads with thread gauges
Adjust machine settings (time, pressure) to meet part size specifications
Communicate process details to improve efficiency
Requirements:
Understanding of basic machining and measurement processes
Ability to read and follow detailed instructions
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs (with assistance)
Strong teamwork and safety focus
