This position is responsible for the daily production welding in a manufacturing environment. This includes monitoring work for quality, timeliness, problem solving and decision making on routine work.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
5 years experience with TIG welding (stainless steel) certified preferred
Work with drawings, specifications and interpret Blue Prints.
Ability to weld Stainless Steel (certified welder preferred)
Attention to detail and able to work independently
Strong communication skills
Ability to inspect welds to maintain quality and reduce rework
Ability to lift 40 lbs. and more, stand long periods of time
Must have the ability to follow all safety procedures and wear all PPE apparel required for the job
Enthusiasm and self-motivation
