We are looking for a committed, punctual, organized and motivated Estimator to join our team. As an estimator, you will play a critical role in preparing accurate and competitive cost estimates for our residential and commercial projects. This role requires you to communicate and collaborate with project managers, clients, and vendors to ensure that bids are both competitive and profitable.

Read Blueprints
Basic Mathematical Principles (e.g. multiplication, division, geometric formulas, etc) to compute calculations for take offs
Communicating with subs and vendors
Data Entry
Tech Savvy / Computer Skills
Good working under Pressure
Must Speak and Read English
High School Diploma
Driver’s License Required
At least 1 year experience in the construction environment
WORK HOURS: MON - FRI / 8am to 4:30pm w/ 30 min lunch
NO REMOTE WORK
